It’s no coincidence that ZebraLight headlamps rank amongst the best in the world. No frills, but refined to perfection. Reliable to the extreme.
If you’re looking for a headlamp that ticks all the boxes – power, efficiency, control and reliability – the ZebraLight H600d Mk IV delivers without compromise. This is a tool for people who understand what real performance means.
Why ZebraLight are among the best in the world
- Extreme efficiency – maximum battery life with virtually zero power loss, thanks to some of the best buck-boost drivers on the market
- High colour rendering (CRI 90+) – critical for electrical installation work, to distinguish the true colours of cables
- Constant-current driver – stable light output without dips or flickering
- Compact design – real power in a small package
- Precise control – a simple interface with extensive customisation options
- Unibody design – the body is machined from a single piece of aluminium
- Type III Hard Anodising – approximately 2 to 3 times more resistant to abrasion than a standard torch
- Potting compound – the electronics are encapsulated in thermally conductive silicone for durability, improved cooling and water resistance
What is the ZebraLight H600d Mk IV suitable for?
- Professional use – security, inspections, technical work
- Hiking and camping – excellent balance between power and runtime
- Hunting and fishing – good beam pattern and neutral, realistic light
- EDC (everyday carry) – a compact yet robust tool
- Emergencies – reliability and long battery life on low settings
- Search and navigation – consistent brightness

Operating the ZebraLight H600d Mk IV
Basic operations
- 1 click: Switch to High / Switch off
- 2 clicks: Switch to Medium
- 3 clicks: Switch to Beacon/Strobe mode
- Hold (>0.6 sec): Low → Medium → High cycle; release at the desired level
Advanced operations and configuration
- Hold: Always cycles from Low to High, regardless of the current level
- Double-click: Toggle between the two sub-levels of the current main level (the selection is retained even when the battery is replaced)
Programming the second sub-level (H2 / M2 / L2)
- At the selected main level: 6 consecutive double-clicks
- Each subsequent double-click switches to a different brightness level
- 1 click: switch off and save settings
Battery indicator
- From the off state: 4 quick clicks
- The main LED flashes 1 to 4 times, indicating the remaining charge
Beacon / Strobe mode
- From off: 3 clicks
- Double-click: switch between the different Beacon/Strobe modes
- Settings are saved
PID thermal adjustment (for the three highest levels)
- Switch the torch off at H1, then switch it back on at H1
- Hold the button and cycle 6 times from Low to High
- On the 7th (or subsequent) cycle, release the button:
- On High: +1°C (up to a maximum of +5°C)
- On Medium: returns to factory setting
- On Low: -1°C (up to -5°C maximum)
Mode groups
The torch has 3 mode groups: G5 (factory setting), G6 and G7.
- 5 clicks from OFF: G5
- 6 clicks from OFF: G6
- 7 clicks from OFF: G7
The selection is retained when the torch is switched off and when the battery is replaced.
General rules (for all groups)
- H = H1 or H2
- M = M1 or M2
- L = L1 or L2
- From OFF: 1 click → High / 2 clicks → Medium / Hold → Low → Medium → High
G5 (factory group)
- H1: 1616 lm
- H2: 1010 / 579 / 305 lm
- M1: 147 lm
- M2: 65 / 26.4 / 9.9 lm
- L1: 3.4 lm
- L2: 1.06 / 0.3 / 0.08 lm
G6 and G7
- All levels (H1, H2, M1, M2, L1, L2) can be programmed to any of the 12 available brightness levels
- 6 double-clicks: enter programming mode
- Double-click: +1 level
- Triple-click: -1 level
- 1 click: exit
Reset
- 3 consecutive series of 5 / 6 / 7 clicks → resets the relevant group to factory settings
