1. Price and delivery time

Any order worth more than 70 euros qualifies for FREE delivery! 

Each order is dispatched once one of our staff members has contacted you by telephone and you have confirmed the product or products you have ordered.

The exact delivery charge for your order will be calculated based on your chosen delivery location (an Econt collection point or an address) and the value of the items in your order, during the ordering process, and you will see it before you complete your order.

Every order is dispatched with the ‘Check and Test’ option. Should the order be refused following the check and/or test, the customer is obliged to pay the courier costs associated with the dispatch, in accordance with the courier service’s standard rates.

Delivery is usually made within one working day, unless a different delivery time is specified on the relevant product details page. Working days refer to official working days.

All orders placed after 12:00 on a working day are processed and dispatched on the next working day and are usually delivered on the following working day. All orders placed on a public holiday are processed and dispatched on the next working day.

2. Payment method

Payment for orders placed via the online shop www.dulotec.com can be made by:

  • Cash on delivery – in cash, upon receipt of the parcel from the courier.

3. Preview before payment

We offer you the option, upon receiving the product from the courier, to open it in the courier’s presence, inspect it and try it on within 15 minutes before making payment. If the product does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to return it to the courier or exchange it for a new one, with the return costs being borne by you.

Of course, you can collect the product from the courier, pay for it (if paying on delivery) and try it out at your leisure at home.

If you refuse delivery following inspection and testing, you will be responsible for the cost of the courier service to return the products to us.
