All Dulotec brand products come with an ironclad guarantee – within 7 days after shipment you will receive a repaired or replaced item, transportation is at our expense.

Our main focus is perfect customer service and delivery of goods with excellent price-quality ratio. Our branded products are located in Bulgaria and delivery is usually the next business day. Other items are in stock with our partners in the EU and delivery takes longer (up to 2 weeks), but we track the entire process to your door and take care of warranty service and communication with the manufacturer, as well as resolving any potential problems.

We achieve this by working with proven manufacturers by carefully selecting components and materials to make a unique product with our Dulotec brand, which works in the best way for the respective activity in our opinion. In order to maintain affordable prices, we invest only in technology that benefits the consumer and eliminate all unnecessary costs along the chain – unnecessary extras, expensive packaging, commissions of intermediaries, inefficient transportation.
