What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you contact us via the form on our website, register or place an order as a guest, we retain the data you have provided for a period of 5 (five) years so that we can process your request. We will not share this information with third parties without your express consent!

Storage of your data

Please note that, in order to simplify the ordering and purchasing process, as well as to fulfil the contract entered into with you, we store your data (IP address, as well as your name, address, email address and telephone number). We require the data you provide in order to fulfil our contractual or pre-contractual obligations towards you. We do not pass this data on to third parties, with the exception of – the courier company through which we deliver your purchase and – our accountant. In the event of an uncompleted order, we will delete the data entered in connection with it. In the case of a completed order and a contract fulfilled by us, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR, we retain all data relating to the legal relationship until the expiry of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accounting Act (LC).
