The products offered on the site have a 2-year commercial warranty for individuals from the date of purchase, unless a longer warranty is specified in the product description. Consumables such as batteries, chargers, cables have a 1-year warranty. It covers all manufacturing and material defects.

Within 14 days of delivery, the warranty also covers transport defects and incomplete assembly/missing parts. According to the specific case, the customer can be offered one of the following solutions: supply of spare parts, repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund of the amount paid.

The warranty conditions exclude defects caused by:

– improper installation or unauthorized repair

– environmental influences and natural disasters (including but not limited to: land displacement, storms and wind, blizzards and snowfall, moisture, torrential rain, heat, hail, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

– failure to comply with the operating and maintenance instructions

– mechanical damage (e.g. pressure, impact, fall)

– normal wear and tear and aging of the material.

The provisions of the Contracts and Arbitration Act apply to legal entities.
