- It is easy to sharpen and retains its edge for longer
- Chromium and molybdenum provide corrosion resistance
- Vanadium enhances wear resistance
- Excellent value for money for an everyday knife
Micarta – handle material
Micarta is a high-quality material made from fibreglass and epoxy resins. Its layered structure, fully bonded with resins, makes it lightweight, resistant to moisture and temperature changes – ideal for knife handles.
Bearings and Liner Lock mechanism
The built-in bearings are made from high-quality hardened steel. They ensure smooth and effortless opening with a perfectly centred blade.
The Liner Lock is one of the most common locking mechanisms used in folding knives. It operates via a side spring on the inside of the handle:
- When fully opened, the spring slides inwards and locks the blade securely in place
- To release, press the spring to the side with your thumb
- It allows for one-handed closing without changing your grip
