Dulotec K256-BL Folding Knife — Lightweight, Reliable, and Convenient for Everyday Use
The Dulotec K256-BL is an extremely lightweight folding knife designed for everyday use. The handle is made of G10—a durable composite material—and the size is well-balanced: compact enough to carry, yet large enough for most tasks.
The liners are made of polished stainless steel with cut-out holes to further reduce weight. The knife features a reversible belt clip, suitable for deep carry.
Materials and Construction
Blade made of D2 tool steel
D2 steel is known for its excellent wear resistance. It contains chromium, carbon, vanadium, and manganese—a combination that makes it particularly well-suited for abrasive cutting. It is hardened to 60–61 HRC, which ensures a long-lasting cutting edge and easy maintenance.
G10 handle
G10 is a composite made of fiberglass and resin. It is strong, wear-resistant, and very flexible. The grooved surface prevents the material from slipping in your hand, even under harsh conditions.
Bearings
The built-in bearings are made of high-quality hardened steel and phosphor bronze. They ensure smooth and easy opening of the blade, which remains properly centered at all times.
Closure: Liner Lock
The Liner Lock is one of the most common locking mechanisms used in folding knives. A spring on the inside of the handle locks the blade in place when it is fully open. To release the blade, you need to press the spring to the side with your thumb. The knife can be closed with one hand, without changing your grip.
Open with Flipper
The knife opens using a tab located on the spine of the blade. The tab has a textured surface for better grip. It opens with a sliding motion of the index finger—quickly and intuitively.
